3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Predictions and Analysis

All predictions and analysis provided on FootStars are for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions.

FootStars is not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on our predictions or analysis.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments for VIP analysis, subscriptions, or other services are final. Refunds will be provided at our discretion and in accordance with Kenyan consumer law.

6. Limitations

In no event shall FootStars or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FootStars.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
